Bond Landscape Design was commissioned to transform the garden of this renovated barn. The clients wanted a garden which provides a number of spaces for their family to enjoy. We are implementing this design in stages.

Stage one:
Private garden. This private garden acts as a private hideaway which links to the kitchen. The strong visuals links through the large glass doors means this space is the feature view from the home.
The Hideaway is a small, enclosed space with the garden. As the feature view from the kitchen looks onto this area. We Large format window and bold planting provide strong links from the home into the garden.
Stage two:
The retreat is a self-contained spa area comprised of an infrared sauna, hot tub and a free-standing plunge pool. The whole area is nestled between the mature trees on galvanised steel ground screws, which means no risk to the trees’ roots. Softened by dense planting the areas sits sympathetically within the landscape and allows views across the farmland beyond.

Future stages:
The future stages of the garden include the integration of a new driveway, wildlife pond, putting green, and much more.
